Previously she spent most of her career in the food manufacturing industry in Nutrition/Marketing. Portfolios she has managed include the iconic Yoplait brand. Melissas personal passion is for education and promotion of nutritious foods, as well as the education of correct labelling of foods, especially around allergens.
