ThinkFood Live, presented by foodpro, is a brand new event for food professionals to discover the best suppliers to bring their new products to life.

ThinkFood Live will be taking place 10-11 November 2022 at Carriageworks in Sydney.

Registration will open to attend ThinkFood exhibition and conference in 2022, the best way to stay up to date with event news is to subscribe here. By subscribing you can be sure to recieve a link as soon as registration opens!

The exhibitor directory will be available to explore closer to the event.

Most visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online. It is not our company policy to provide invitation letters to visitors wishing to attend our shows. For more information on applying for a Visa visit the Department of Immigration website.

As this is a business event for those people working in the food and beverage industry and contractors servicing these industries, we ask visitors to not bring anyone under the age of 15 to the show. This is for their own safety on the show floor. Proof of age or industry involvement may be requested at the door. Tertiary students with valid student ID will be admitted. Due to OH&S, prams, strollers and trolleys (ie shopping trolleys) are strictly not permitted at the event. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during the setting up and disassembling of the show.

Students enrolled at a tertiary level or registered apprentices may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card. All students will need to register online. Primary and Secondary school students will not be admitted, regardless of any courses they are studying.

Students must be mindful that ThinkFood is a business event and as such need to be respectful of Exhibitors and their time. Exhibitors are present to engage in business conversations. Please be considerate of their time and of any promotional material available.

Yes. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance, and can include:

  • A business card in your name; or
  • Employee verification on company letterhead;’ or
  • Evidence of membership of a relevant professional or industry association.

ThinkFood is strictly a trade event for professionals working in the food and beverage industry and contractors servicing these industries.

Exhibitor badges can be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Website. Please contact your stand coordinator for log in details. We will be in touch with login details and information closer to the 2022 show.

This is a scam and you should ignore them. ThinkFood operates under strict data privacy laws, and we do not share our visitor or any other internal data with unauthorised third parties.

Any communication you may receive offering you to rent/buy or download our visitor or exhibitor contacts is a scam and should be deleted. We are currently exploring legal avenues to shut down these practices.
