Chris Probst has been involved with Industrial Automation for almost 25 years. He was a director of his own business but his last 12 years have been with Omron Electronics. Qualified in Electronic Engineering, Computer Systems and Business Management, Chris is now Product Manager for Omron’s Automation Technology. His portfolio includes PLCs, HMIs, Software, Industrial networks, safety and drives. With Omron’s recent acquisition of Adept, America's largest industrial robot supplier, he’s now taken on robots as well. He is married with three children.
