Stuart has a long history in Food Production starting out as a chef before working for leading food companies such as Heinz and Greencore. He was instrumental in the development of Steam Infusion for use in the Food Industry, having spent two years working with some of the world’s leading fluid dynamic and process engineering experts. To date Stuart has run over 3600 trials on the technology covering ready meals, soups, sauces, beverages. This has resulted in 150+ Steam infusion Systems being installed globally so far.
